Look forward to uninterrupted reading time, delicious Italian food, and the discovery of a region that has preserved its authenticity.
Our lovingly run guesthouse is nestled in the rolling hills of the Italian Marche region. With just six double rooms, each with its own private bathroom, linen bed linens, and a comfortable reading chair, a haven of tranquility awaits you. Enjoy your mornings by the heated pool, stroll through the garden, or curl up with a book by the crackling fireplace.
We'll spoil you with Italian cuisine – a lovingly prepared breakfast in the morning with homemade bread, homemade granola, fresh fruit, and vegetables.
A light lunch, and a three-course dinner in the evening – one of which will be served at a select regional restaurant. Coffee, tea, cake, and non-alcoholic refreshments are available at all times.
This is what awaits you:
5 nights in one of our 6 double rooms with private bathroom, a large, very comfortable bed, and of course a comfortable armchair for reading.
Daily breakfast (homemade granola, freshly baked bread, sweet and savory, fruits and vegetables from the garden), light lunch, and three-course dinner, one of which is at a wonderful nearby restaurant.
An Italy-inspired reading list that will be sent before arrival.
Two moderated discussions about your favorite books.
An olive oil tasting and a wine tasting at a local producer and an easy guided hike in the picturesque hilly landscape.

The price:
Double room for single use – € 1500
Double room for two – € 1200 per person
A deposit of 50% must be paid upon booking.
Arrival (not included in the price):
If you're arriving by train (Ancona) or plane (Ancona, Perugia, Bologna, Rome), you don't need to rent a car – we'll be happy to pick you up at the train station or airport in Ancona (€70 for the transfer). Lufthansa flies daily from Munich to Ancona, from London you can fly to Ancona with Ryanair, and there's also a night train from Germany to Ancona.
